The Team
At On The Menu Catering Darwin we have a highly trained and experienced team of staff and party planners. Together they bring their shared experience and passion to your events. You can relax in the knowledge that you will receive exceptional food and perfect service.
Our 2IC Collette has been in the catering industry in and around Canberra Perth and Darwin, for over 20 years. Before coming on board as a permanent staffer, she is also one of our hand picked and very competent functions staff member for On The Menu Catering Darwin – she is one our most valued staff members, as she lends her outstanding skills to whatever task she is given.
Our regular function staff who have been with us for almost 10 years are: Ingrid, Lorraine, Anita, and Kathy. More often than not our kitchen staff ‘continue through’ and work across many functions. This means a broad range of experience, in cooking skills, preparation techniques and service provision is consistently shared and made available, in order to create the best possible catering for our valued clients.
Mel and her team pride themselves on being able to offer you the perfect solution to your catering needs and are able to guide you through the process of planning your event.
